As individuals rise up through organisations, sounding boards for ideas and 'health checks' on personal performance become more and more difficult, but more and more essential, particularly in the fast changing world of the new millennium. The availability of an independent third party with whom one can explore these issues can be extremely beneficial.

This programme runs for 6-8 months with a minimum of six half-day sessions. If necessary, group work can be undertaken to enlarge the people's understanding of the team dynamic, to clarify goals and to achieve greater synergy between members.
